Commissioning a violin is a collaborative process. If you are interested, you can contact us to get started.There is a waitlist for custom violin builds. You can hold your place in line with a 10% deposit, which will be applied to your final bill.

The process starts with a meeting to see what you are currently playing and what you like and don’t like about your current violin. We discuss wood choice, model, size and varnish look. Once the building begins, Laura will send you updates on the process. Your violin includes a book documenting the making, as well as an appraisal for your insurance and a Certificate of Authenticity.
